Small independents

The Courtyard Dairy

The courtyard dairy is an independent, small cheese-making farm where Each cheese is carefully selected. For the best depth of flavour, the cheeses are still made by hand on the farm, with most farmers using their own high-quality unpasteurised milk from a single herd of animals.  Many of these farmers have less than 70 cows (the smallest, just twelve!).  They are among the finest cheeses to be found anywhere in the world.  Proper farmhouse British cheese!

If you love cheese, then this is the place for you! sign yourself up for their cheese making course and go and learn how to do it from the experts themselves. The next course is on the 5th July 2019 you’d be pretty ‘cheesed’ off if you missed it! www.thecourtyarddairy.co.uk
